Accordingly, as a condition of registration in the obedience class you are required to sign the waiver below, releasing Companion Dog Training, their agents, or employees, or Susan Bell from any liability whatsoever in respect of any damage or injury which your or your dog may suffer unless caused solely and exclusively by the gross negligence of Companion dog Training, their agents, employees or Susan Bell.
